Buyer’s Inspection
Home buyer's inspections are the most common type of inspection and occur after an offer on a property has been accepted by the seller. This inspection offers an in-depth look at the major systems and components of the house before the purchase. We determine the condition of the property before you move forward with the purchase.
Pre-Listing Inspection
The purpose of this inspection is to thoroughly inspect a property before the buyer makes a decision to purchase it. An inspector examines the building and landscaping and finds defects, safety issues, and items that must be repaired.
Radon Testing
Radon is a natural radioactive gas that is odorless, tasteless, and cannot be seen or smelled. It travels from the ground to the air above the house and then enters it through cracks or other openings in the foundation. We evaluate the radon levels using special testing equipment. If the concentrations are higher than a recommended safe threshold, professional mitigation is recommended.
